Cancellation Policy
Cancellations more than 5 days before scheduled arrival will be subject to a $15 cancellation charge. Cancellations 5 days or less before scheduled arrival will be subject to a charge equivalent to a one night stay.
Rules, Regulations, and Code of Conduct
General
- Please register at the office upon arrival. Check in time is 2 p.m. and check out time is 12 p.m.
- Only those 21 years of age or older will be allowed to book a campsite.
- Small tents for dependent children under the age of 18 are permitted upon request.
- Single sites accommodate a maximum of one unit and one small tent for dependent children.
- All campers and their visitors are required to conduct themselves in a respectable manner.
- The registered camper (the person who has booked the site) is considered by the campground as the person of responsibility and is solely responsible for the actions of all their dependents, guests, and visitors.
- Damage caused by carelessness will be the responsibility of the registered camper.
- Safety is a priority, please watch for children.
- A gated system is in place.
- Visitors will be required to give the name of the registered camper they are visiting and the site number upon entering the campground. We are unable to give out any guest information.
- Fires must be contained inside designated fire pits and screens must be used at all times.
- Fires are not to be left unattended at any time.
- All fire bans, restrictions, and advisories must be adhered to at all times.
- Burning of leaves, brush, or garbage is not permitted.
- Quiet hours are from 11 p.m. to 8 a.m. daily.
- Generators may be used within reason and are restricted during quiet hours.
- Sound devices such as speakers playing music, karaoke machines, etc. must not disturb other campers at any time.
- Excessive noise is not permitted at any time. Please respect your fellow campers.
- Use of play area or equipment is at your own risk and restricted to children under the age of 8.
- All children using play area or equipment must be supervised by an adult at all times.
- Rough play or other inappropriate behavior is not permitted.
- There will be zero tolerance for public intoxication or belligerence.
- Alcohol/cannabis use is restricted to your own registered campsite.
- Pets must be kept on a leash at all times.
- Owners are responsible for cleaning up waste from their pets.
- Pets are not to be left barking or unattended at any time.
- The registered camper (the person who has booked the site) is considered by the campground as the person of responsibility, and is solely responsible for the actions of all of their dependents, guests, and visitors.

- Visiting hours are between 9 a.m. and 10 p.m.
- Only registered and insured vehicles operated by licensed drivers are permitted to be driven on campground property.
- Off highway vehicles such as mini-bikes, dirt bikes, and ATVs are strictly prohibited.
- Please obey all posted speed limit signs.
- Pedestrians and cyclists have the right-of-way on roads and pathways.
- Motor vehicles shall be contained to designated roadways, parking spaces, and campsites. Please respect shared-use areas.
- Sites must be kept clean and tidy at all times.
- Garbage and bottle recycling must be placed in appropriate bins provided or taken with you. Please do not burn garbage or bottle recycling.
- Do not throw cigarette butts or seed/nut shells into the fire pit or on the ground.
- Small debris such as confetti, water balloons pieces, etc. must be picked up promptly after use. Such items are harmful to both the environment and animals.
- Storage of anything not directly related to camping is prohibited.
- All outdoor lights will be capped and directed only toward the ground.
- Only originally equipped RV appliances shall be used.
- Respect and keep a reasonable distance from all wildlife and wildlife nesting areas.
- Trees, shrubs, and other landscaping are not to be cut down or damaged.
- Sewage, including grey water, is to be disposed of in approved dump stations only
- Setting off fireworks.
- Any act of aggression or violence toward guests or staff.
- Willful damage to campground property, natural environment, or wildlife.
- Use of firearms, including pellet and paintball guns.
- Use of any form of illegal drugs.
- Use of off highway vehicles such as mini-bikes, dirt bikes, and ATV’s.
- Excessive barking or aggressive pets.
Entwistle RV Campground Liability
The registered camper, their invited or uninvited guests and any invited or uninvited visitors (“The Guest”) will, at all times, indemnify and save harmless Rainbow Beach Developments Inc. operating as Entwistle RV Campground, its directors, officers, employees, volunteers, and agents (“The Campground”), from and against all actions, claims, demands, suits, proceedings, damages, costs (including without restricting the generality of the foregoing, legal costs on a solicitor/client basis), and any further associated expenses that have been brought, made, or incurred by or against The Campground, by reason of, or arising out of, or in any way related to The Campground by The Guest whether with the permission of the Registered Camper or not.
The Guest agrees to fully and completely indemnify The Campground for any loss, future loss of revenue, or damage to the areas of the grounds to which The Guest, whether with the permission of the Registered Camper or not, have access; caused, damaged, abused, destroyed, removed or otherwise affected or impacted the property of The Campground.
The Guest is aware that participating in activities, events, services, or use of facilities arranged, organized, or conducted by The Campground or engaged in independently may involve inherent risks, dangers, and hazards.
The Campground does not accept liability for injury of any kind resulting from the use of the property and/or its facilities, nor do they accept responsibility for the damage or loss of personal property.
It is within the campground operator’s sole discretion to revoke your camping privileges, should you, your dependents, your guests, or your visitors fail to comply with any verbal or written direction by The Campground. There is no refund or compensation for eviction.
By utilizing the campground and/or its services, you hereby confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with the terms of this agreement.
The Guest agrees to fully and completely indemnify The Campground for any loss, future loss of revenue, or damage to the areas of the grounds to which The Guest, whether with the permission of the Registered Camper or not, have access; caused, damaged, abused, destroyed, removed or otherwise affected or impacted the property of The Campground.
